How to comprehend the scale of opportunities, the infinite possibilities blogging offers?
How to figure out what is involved to become an `A blogger’ and leverage a blog that  successfully?

During the 1,5 year I have owned my blog, I have felt like stepping into the matrix, wondering;
“What and who are the ‘A bloggers?
 “What is going on?”
“What is possible here”
 “How are they different from you and me?”

Here is a snippet of and an introduction into what I have observed about the ‘A bloggers’ and their differences.

1.
The ‘A bloggers’ play team to win/win and escape the hierarchy and its lose/lose culture.

The successful ‘A bloggers’ are a new breed of humans, stepping into a new ‘WE’ paradigm, poised to live in a brave new world and playing from the heat.
They are escaping the current hierarchical work culture and its fear mongery and paralysing effects.
They escaped being hold ransom in an absurd work culture, full of  ridiculous rules and constraints, that is only interested in its own survival and lose/lose is what everybody gets.

‘A bloggers’ are geared to play team from a ‘WE’ paradigm where everybody plays to achieve win/win.
The ‘A bloggers’ are beyond a carrot on a stick from the shareholders, competitive workmates and a manager to wind the puppet up;

With their writing and self expression they have become leaders to pave the path to a more humane work and business ethic with time for loving relationships, kids and family.
With their well written blogs they take a stand, communicate and unite to show what is possible.

A ‘4 hours workweek’ is what they strive for, giving wealth a wider meaning besides money and possessions. Boldly claiming time, love and their life back.

I am sure you and I want to manifest things too, but are our desires and intent really clear and driven from the heart instead of a scarcity conscious?
Are we understanding the ‘WE’ paradigm or are you and I still focused on What Is In It For Me and forget to create a favour bank with the universe?

2.
The‘A bloggers’
are fearless with certain attributes

In the first magazine of bloghology, Stephan Miller talks about being perfect and recognizes that he is beating himself up when by writing his article he forgoes posting on his own blog.
He apparently can see that that fearful thinking is a left over from the hierarchy days, when more and more was expected, even when everybody knew the expectations were ridiculous.
He will be now aware that certain emotions are time wasters and once a decision is made, you live with the consequences, clean up and move on.
Successful bloggers are mindful with their time and don`t waste it on emotions that don`t serve them..

Skellie of Skellywag in her post Blogging with Audacity on Problogger hits the nail on the head when she recognizes that successful ‘bloggers’ have audacity which is a kind of a lost attribute these days.

`A bloggers` need audacity to explore unknown territory of cyberspace without being paralyzed by fear.
They are tenaciously keeping on task, even if they don`t always know what the results will be.

How audacious are we, convential people in our actions and how constraint are our belief systems? Would we embark on unknown territory and if not, that is another significant difference.

This is just a snippet of and introduction into what I have observed and there is a lot more I can share about coming to grips with ‘what and who  `A bloggers’ are and what do have that you and I don’t.

Why I am so fascinated is because a
s a career consultant both in Europe and in New Zealand I have seen the constraints people choose their career, their life with.
I’ve seen my own constraints and I am making very sure that I am getting rid of them.
It is a slow but very rewarding process.

Keeping an eye on the ‘A blogger’ is a safe bet to see how people create exciting futures for themselves.
